Offering a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the lower level has a bathroom and two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed and ensuite. Bedroom 2 has 2 x King Singles. On the top level, you'll find the master bedroom with King bed and ensuite.

Also on the upper level, there is a large open plan gourmet kitchen. The lounge and dining area opens out onto a large balcony, perfect for enjoying the fantastic ocean views from.

On the lower level, there is a media/family room (Foxtel included) with a bar fridge and sink. Bi-fold doors lead from here out onto a front terrace. The private plunge pool takes pride of place at the front of the house. There is also a rear grassy courtyard. On your return from the beach, an outdoor shower is located inside the front gate for sand removal.

The property is air-conditioned throughout and double secure undercover parking is provided.

5B Stevens Street is located just minutes from the heart of Sunshine Beach. In the village, you'll find a good selection of cafes, restaurants and bars. There are a convenience store and a number of retail stores. The pristine beach is patrolled all year round.
