This spacious Sunshine Beach home has just been fully renovated with high end Coastal luxury in mind. This home flows over two spacious levels so there is plenty of space for two couples or families with older children. The property is tucked away at the end of the complex and is surrounded by lush tropical trees for privacy. There is a Private courtyard at the back and courtyard to the front with bean bags for early morning coffee and reading.
The front door flows into a beautiful living area with comfortable couch and smart TV. The modern kitchen has all mod cons including Nespresso compatible pod machine. Full laundry facilities and powder room are also on this level. The kitchen area flows to a private courtyard with alfresco dining, Weber BBQ and sun umbrella for those warm Noosa days. The courtyard is surrounded by beautiful native tropical plants and foliage. The property is fully air conditioned for comfort all year round.
