After each pet stay, we schedule deeper cleans and regularly fumigate for fleas to ensure the property remains fresh and comfortable for all guests.
✔ Unauthorized Pets: If it is discovered that a pet has been inside the property without prior approval, a $100 cleaning fee will be charged to cover the additional cleaning needed to remove pet hair, odors, and any potential mess.
✔ Damage to Grass and Landscaping: If a pet causes damage to the grass or landscaping outside the property, a $100 fee will be charged to cover the cost of repairs.
✔ Damage to Property: If a pet causes damage to any part of the property (inside or outside), a $100 fee will be charged to cover the cost of repair or replacement.
