Our 3 bedroom apartment is set amongst tropical gardens with resort style pool, sun deck, heated spa, bbq area and undercover parking. It's located at the southern end of the Gold Coast famous for it's surf breaks and is walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Most importantly it's only a 100m stroll to a beautiful white sand beach. The perfect holiday location. No car needed as it's 4km from the airport, 90m to the nearest bus stop, with 2 bicycles to cruise the Oceanway. You'll love it!

- Third bedroom - king split: King bed or 2 x long single beds (you choose the configuration)
- Floor mattress available when paying for 7th guest
- 2 x portacots, 2 x high chairs, 2 x strollers available on request
Guest access:
Keys can be collected from onsite management however please advise if you will arrive after 5pm as the office will be closed and keys will be made available via a key safe. A code will be provided.
The complex is three levels: Ground, Level 1 and Level 2. Unit 15 is on on Level 1. There is no lift.
Key access:
Upon arrival, park in the guest parking area. Walk down the path on the left to reach the office and ask the onsite manager for the keys to unit 15. You will receive a fob key and front door key. After collecting the key, enter the complex via the main gate to the pool area using the fob key. Turn right and find the first stairwell which will have unit 15 listed. Go up to the first level - 2 sets of stairs. The door will be marked '15' and is on the right side of the stairwell.
Parking:
There is one car park available in the secure parking lot under the building. Use the fob key to gain access and to exit the secure car park. The designated car park is the 9th bay on the right. It is marked car park 44 for unit 15. Facing the car park exit, ise the second stairwell on the right to gain access to the apartment. The stairwell is located next to the key/fob station that you need to use when you exit the car park. You will need to climb 4 sets of stairs to reach unit 15. An EV charging point can be made available in the parking space upon request.
