Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'schoolies week' period. it does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. renovation & pool information: there may be some building work carried out monday to friday during the hours of 8am to 5pm. there will be no construction work on weekends or qld school holidays. the work involves rebuilding of a beach house and therefore there may be some noise associated with this type of activity, in addition to the beach house work the swimming pool will be out of use from may 20th to august 19th, 2024.this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
