Boasting 90m2 inside the living area opens out to a huge undercover deck overlooking the pool and beyond to dunk island. The perfect place for a family BBQ. If you feel like a dip in the Coral Sea it is only 20m from your back door step. This house will give you the holiday feeling of tropical beachfront paradise the instant you enter.
Perfectly set up to accommodate 2 families the boat house comfortably sleeps 8, designed for 4 adults and 4 kids. The main bedroom also enjoys panoramic ocean front views along with its spacious private ensuite and queen bed. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen bed and built in robes for comfort. For the kids the third bedroom has 2 sets of bunks, the lower bunk is a double. The bunks are small singles more suited for kids up to 12 yrs old.
Through the main entry door is the 2nd toilet and private undercover outdoor shower area.
