Positive: Great location. Easy access to noosa main Beach and key spots (supermarkets) with a car. Easy parking. Quiet neighbourhood. Air conditioning in every room. Good water pressure. House is well stocked with necessary items.

Negative: The pictures online are not a reflection of reality in that the house is much more tired and dated than shown. The pool for example is blue in the photos and whilst it was clean, it certainly was not blue. The kitchen and interiors in general are old, dirty and require a proper clean or renovation. The outdoor areas were barely useable due to the lack of basic maintenance. We were quite disappointed given we had family visiting for the first time from overseas and we thought given the price paid and the photos, that it would have been something that had some wow factor. At this price point, we do not feel that the property is worth it.

Summary: Great location but the pictures do not match reality.
