Surrounded by a lush forest and located just minutes from the impressive Canyon Lookout, Scout is the perfect retreat for nature lovers seeking tranquility and adventure. With the Warrie Circuit starting at the end of the street, be the first on the trails and explore all that Springbrook National Park has to offer.
This cozy modern cabin is tastefully decorated with contemporary furnishings and all the bells and whistles for a relaxing stay.
Warm yourself by the fireplace as you watch a movie or play one of the many fun board/card games we have on hand. Make yourself comfortable on the large couch and ottoman, with cushions and blankets to feel extra cosy.
The living area has a full wall of glass doors that open to the back deck where you can lose hours gazing at the trees and the stunning bird life that call the "backyard" home. It's the perfect spot for some morning yoga or to watch paddy melons nibble on the grass in the afternoon. There is an outdoor dining setting and two deck chairs for you to relax on, or head down the back stairs and enjoy the designated fire-pit area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, Smeg stove and oven, refrigerator and microwave. The kitchen island ends with 4 bar stools for indoor dining.
There are two bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and one with a queen. Both have soft linens and ample storage space. The bedrooms feature large windows that look out to the surrounding forest and are fitted with blockout blinds if you fancy a sleep in.
The bathroom is clean and modern, with an open shower and plenty of plush towels. A washer/dryer is here too for your convenience.
Undercover parking is available for 2 cars, with additional space alongside the veggie garden. Access to the front door is via one set of stairs with a railing.
Working from Scout? The house has a Starlink satellite fitted so you are able to work remotely from Scout with reliable internet (and we often do!). The main bedroom has a desk space built into the open wardrobe.
Guest access
There is a separate downstairs area that is used for storage and unavailable to guests. Other than that the rest of the property is yours to explore. Please do take care if you decide to venture into the forest - wear closed in shoes and be respectful of wildlife and neighbours.

Traveling with a baby? We have a travel cot, high chair and toys available for your convenience. Just let us know if you would like to use these when booking.
Springbrook does not have a petrol station or a supermarket. The closest of either are in Nerang (40 minutes drive). While there are cafes open here during the day, come prepared to self-cater and be sure to fill the tank up on your way here.
