Lynwood is our home on 4.5 acres. Your apartment consists of three large bedrooms. The kitchenette has an air fryer, microwave, hotplate, toaster, kettle & fridge. The comfortable black leather couches provide hours of relaxing with a television and wifi. There is a bathroom with shower & bath, separate toilet and laundry with washing machine and dryer. You have a secure garage with a private entry. The apartment is under our roofline. There are heavy wooden double doors separating you from our end of the house that are locked. You will be completely private.
You are able to relax on a spacious deck with outdoor furniture & large umbrella. Enjoy cooking on the BBQ overlooking a beautiful garden that leads to a paddock where you can throw in a net for yabbies in the dam then walk amongst sheep & geese that love to be hand fed.
Our 2 friendly Golden Retrievers will be very pleased to meet you when you arrive and accompany you everywhere you go in the back garden. We have a veggie garden too!
Although rural, Lynwood is only 10 minutes from local magnificent beaches on Port Phillip Bay & Westernport Bay. Then on Peninsula Link to Sorento, Portsea, Red Hill wineries, Big Goose, Moonlite Sanctuary and McClelland Sculpture Park and PARC swimming centre. Just to name a few!
All of this is for you to explore while you stay at Lynwood.
On a lovely cold evening you can sit around a bonfire in the paddock where you can eat marshmallows and roast potatoes!
