Update - Given some trouble we had at the house with a previous guest trashing our home, we have installed security cameras all around the front of the house and have Minut sound and crowd alarms inside to monitor noise levels.
There is strictly no additional guests allowed in the house apart from those staying and definitely no parties. We ask guests to enjoy their stay but to remember that this is our family home so we expect that you respect our home and our neighbours. There is strictly no parties at the property, we are in a residential neighbourhood and do not allow parties of any kind.
If our monitors detect a party or additional people in the house, you will be asked to leave.
