The villas and Coastview Manor are listed independently and may be booked by other guests or all together for group stays. The villas have a separate driveway to the main house and do not have access to Coastview Manor or pool unless booked together.
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
No guests under the age of 25 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please be aware that breaches of house rules may incur additional charges starting from $400. This includes, but is not limited to, smoking anywhere on the property and bringing pets in breach of our strict no-pet policy. Guests are required to familiarise themselves with the full house rules prior to their stay.*
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
