NB. This home is on a private property with multiple dwellings. My family and I live in the neighbouring home. You may see us around the property (from a distance) from time to time.
Living on acreage, the best way to get around is via car. Parking is available at the front of the home with easy access to the front stairs. There is a dirt road leading to the property, approx. 1km long. It is lined with beautiful trees, however it can make your car dirty - It's all apart of the country experience!
When you enter this modern, luxurious, country home you will be impressed by the attention to detail. From raked ceilings to feature lighting, opulent kitchen, stunning master and a lavish ensuite with infrared sauna - you can't help but be impressed.
You can enjoy the views of fields and bushland from every room with large glass sliding doors entering to the open plan living, dining, lounge room.
Relax and put your feet up whilst watching your favourite programming in the lounge room, featuring a large electric leather reclining lounge and a new 65" smart screen TV. You can stream Netflix or your choice of content with free high speed WI-FI available throughout the home.
The dining space seats 6 and spills into the kitchen that offers extra dining for 4 at the bench or extra dining for 6+ on the outdoor covered patio.
The kitchen is luxurious to say the least. Enjoy the beautiful features on offer with long stone benchtops, new oven, stove top, microwave, coffee pod machine, dishwasher and a butler's pantry also with dishwasher, sink and loads of storage. Fully equipped for short or long term stays.
The master bedroom is well appointed with a large king size bed, rattan furniture, walk-in robe and an opulent ensuite that is just as big as your bedroom! The ensuite features, his and her vanities with dehumidifying backlit mirrors, bath, shower and two person Infrared Sauna.
At the opposite end of the house, you will find a second living area that could be used as a kids retreat, leading to the other bedrooms. A selection of books, toys, board games, and a second smart TV are provided. The retreat includes a sofa bed that can be arranged as a queen bed for a second couple or for teenagers. Bedroom 2 is arranged with two single beds and Bedroom 3 can be arranged with either two single beds or king bed (please advise of your bedroom arrangements when booking). Each bedroom and the kids retreat have built-in robes. All bedrooms and main living area have ceiling fans and reverse cycle air-conditioning units.
The main bathroom is also located at this end of the home with a separate toilet and powder room and lux features, such as backlit mirrors and heated towel racks.
Surrounding the property is Koala Conservation Bushland and plenty of greenery. Enjoy a BBQ or drinks on the patio or relax by the outdoor fire pit. You will feel immersed in nature and country life with neighbouring cows and the singing of kookaburras. Plenty of birds live here too and the odd kangaroo can be seen feeding and sleeping under a tree.
