There are 48 free-standing homes,created to highlights uniqueness of the Noosa North Shore landscape .
Our 3 level home (250m2)with high ceilings was designed to capture cooling sea breezes.
On returning from excursions to the beach you have the option of dropping your wet towels in the laundry and refreshing yourself under your private outdoor shower before climbing the stairs leading from the carport to the first level of your home.
Once inside you'll appreciate the oversize open plan living areas including a large outdoor screened deck with alfresco doors and BBQ.You can enjoy dining with barbecue overlooking the forest.
Our kitchen is fully equipped ,with bosh fridge/freezer -ice maker.For your convenience there is Nespresso Coffee machine.
On the upper level generously appointed master suite with balcony.Additional 2nd bedroom and second bath provide peaceful retreats for rest and relaxation .
At the epicentre of this 5 star luxury estate is a breathtaking modern Leisure Centre which is absolutly free of charge for our guests.
Activities for adults and families can be found at the Club Room,which offers a pool table as well as Playstation,X-box and Nintendo consoles,all attached to large plasma screens.Foxtel with all sports and movies chanels.
Additionally,the centre has a tennis court with night lights and children playroom.There is also large grassed play area.
We have a solar heated 25m lap pool and children pools,a gas fired spa,poolside BBQ area,fully stocked adults and children's recreational areas.
