The Space:
This two story is home set in the heart of Caloundra featuring 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living/dining spaces including a third dining area on the great sized balcony overlooking the large lush backyard. Plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy.

The upstairs level acts as the hub of the home with the kitchen, main dining and living zone. The kitchen has been recently renovated and is fully equipped with modern appliances as well as all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Oven, stove top, microwave, double door fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine! Condiments such as tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, pepper etc. are all provided.
Two bedrooms and a bathroom are also located on the top floor. The master has access to outside balcony.
