The air-conditioned living area offers comfortable leather recliners and a 55 inch smart TV. The free Wi-Fi allows guests to login into their streaming accounts for some chilled inside entertainment (in the unlikely event that the weather isn’t suitable for the beach). The neat and tidy kitchen offers a freestanding electric oven, microwave, pod coffee machine, dishwasher and all the cookware and utensils needed to cook up a storm for you and your guests. The main bedroom has a queen bed, spacious ensuite with walk-in shower and air-conditioning for year-round comfort. The second bedroom offers a double bed and has direct access to the main bathroom, which offers a shower and separate bath. The third bedroom offers a single bed with a pull-out single trundle. The separate dining area just off the kitchen allows access to a fully screened patio area with a four burner BBQ and another dining suite, perfect for outdoor entertaining.
The fully fenced yard is secure for children and pets and guests are welcome to use the two-car garage during their stay. The outdoor shower is ideal for washing away the salt and sand after a day at the beach and the stainless steel fish bench with sink means you can clean and prepare the catch of the day before firing up the barbie and enjoying a feast of seafood fresh from the ocean.
