The apartment is in the Central Brunswick Apartment Hotel, but privately owned + managed solely by us.
It’s literally a couple of minutes’ walk over to Howard Smith Wharves, downhill to glam shopping on James St, or dress to impress with a few minutes stroll to the restaurants, bars + nightlife of The Valley.
Suitable for singles, couples, professional or a small family… you can use the apartment as home, kick back, cook a meal, wash your clothes with the laundry + the outdoor balcony is awesome!
The building also has a small spa, gym + sauna.
Also note* The entire building is NON Smoking, including balconies & large fines apply ($650)
We provide everything, so all you need is your toothbrush (ok…and some food)!
