A great place for guests to Relax & Unwind in a Quiet Home away from Home, our modern Air-conditioned townhouse is located in close proximity to safe swimming beach/s, free Lagoon Style Swimming Pool, Redcliffe Waterfront Precinct with Restaurants/Bars/Cafes and famous Redcliffe Sunday Markets.

Woody Point Beach Retreat provides up to 4 guests with a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom fully self-contained apartment on the 1st floor level accessed by private internal stairs.
The main bedroom has Queen bed with inter-connecting bathroom, 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds, large spacious living room with family sized couch for comfort, kitchen and separate dining area with sliding glass door access to a privately enclosed balcony with table/chairs and gas BBQ.
The laundry is on the ground level inside and adjacent to the front door entry. Internal stairs take guests to the private apartment upstairs. Car-parking is right at the front door with undercover carport parking for guests (some larger 4WD vehicles may need to park on the street).
We provide Basic cooking and condiment supplies to ensure a comfortable and rewarding stay (milk, tea/coffee/sugar, margarine, condiments, some cooking oils and sauces, spices/salt/pepper etc.). All other food/s are guest's responsibility to provide.
Woody Point Beach Retreat offers all the comforts of home with modern facilities in a quiet complex of 8 town-houses - this is NOT a high-rise apartment complex. Our townhouse is located AWAY from the busy roads and is very quiet day and night. Guests are asked to respect our neighbours with regards to noise levels and NO parties permitted or excessive visitors at any one time.
Smoking is NOT PERMITTED inside the home or on the balcony!
We also have a very strict NO PET policy!
ABOUT THE HOSTS!
Frank and I are a professional couple who live nearby in Redcliffe and can be contacted via the AIRBNB messaging to discuss any issues or concerns. We provide guests with complete privacy to ensure a relaxing and rewarding stay.
We trust ALL our guests to respect our home (please remember this is NOT a hotel) and we look forward to providing guests with a 5 Star Review upon departure when our home is cared for.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have complete privacy and this is NOT a shared house - you have the WHOLE house to yourselves. Fully self-contained 2 bedroom apartment on the 1st floor level with spacious living/lounge, kitchen and separate dining area, sliding glass doors to the private balcony with table/chairs for 4 people, Gas BBQ and Privacy Screen to protect from the afternoon sun.
Downstairs are 2 "private" empty rooms which are not available for guests to access and these remain locked at all times (there is no-one staying in them)!
The laundry is located inside on the ground floor adjacent to the front door entry for guests to use (upstairs we provide a clothes-horse to hang out your washing, iron and ironing board).
Car parking is available under the private carport located at the front door and away from the street (Please Note: Large 4WD/Utes need to park on the quiet street at the front of property).
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Woody Point, Redcliffe and surrounds are a fantastic holiday destination in the Moreton Bay & Redcliffe Peninsula. The region boasts sporting & boating opportunities, tourism & holiday activities, family parklands & BBQ locations, wedding and function venues, corporate events and a quiet beach-side atmosphere. Close to the Brisbane Airport (30 minutes by car/taxi/uber) and only 45 minutes to the Brisbane CBD.
There are plenty of restaurants, bars and cafe's, fish'n'chip shops, hotels/pubs (The Komo, The Belvedere, The Sebel Margate & Sunnies Restaurant), RSL Club & Dolphin's NRL Leagues Club, Scarborough Boat Club & Marina, the famous Redcliffe Sunday Markets on the Waterfront. Under The Sea "Putt Putt" for indoor mini-golf, Settlement Cove Swimming Lagoon (a free community lagoon style pool located 2 km's away) is great for families with toddlers pools and children's playground equipment and supervised Surf Life Savers.
There is also the Redcliffe Hospital for any emergencies.
THINGS WE PROVIDE FOR FAMILIES
We provide some children’s books, games, toys and puzzles for children to use during your stay to keep them amused and for your enjoyment as well as Netflix and Wi-Fi access on the Smart TV. Please DO NOT REMOVE ANY TOYS/GAMES ETC.
AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST: Porta-cot & Porta-seat, child-safe stair gate, toddlers mattress & linen/s are available upon request only - please ensure you advise host if these are required. PLEASE NOTE: Cupboards, drawers etc. are not "child-proofed" however you are welcome to move some breakable items to ensure your child's safety! Please DO NOT REMOVE ANY ITEMS but place in a safe location (eg. The linen closet).
This 2 Bedrooms House provides accommodation with Kitchen, Ocean View, Security/Safety, for your convenience. This House features many amenities for guests who want to stay for a few days, a weekend or probably a longer vacation with family, friends or group.
