Positive: Excellent location near to the river and restaurants and bars but also close to the shops and botanical gardens ideal position to explore

Negative: Pool area doesn’t get a lot of sun there is a very small section but it’s very rarely free as everyone wants to sit in the sun We have stayed here on previous years however this time January 2026 and very bad drain smell in our room had to use the air con to clear it also the same smell could be smelt in the bar area

Summary: Overall great stay just need to sort out the drains
