The house is positioned close to all that Lake Conjola has to offer, where you can walk 200m to the general store and the lake's edge or stroll 10 minutes along one of the sandy tracks to the ocean beach. The property's mature trees and bushes offer a sanctuary for local wildlife, and you'll often share your yard with kangaroos, echidnas and an abundance of native birds.
Perched amongst the trees to take advantage of both winter sun and summer breezes, this pet friendly 'Queenslander' style home offers an abundance of character. Glass sliding doors open the living space and all bedrooms to the wrap around veranda, where there is always a sunny corner in winter or a welcome crossflow of coastal breezes in the warmer months.
