This Executive Beachfront home is luxuriously appointed with two gas log open fires, polished timber floors, carved stone bathroom vanities and stone kitchen benches.
Only 20 metres from the beach - with outstanding ocean views inside and out - even the two full sized baths overlook the water.
Built for large group accommodation, two separate wings afford their own full kitchens, sleeping and separate living areas – really two homes under the one roof.
With 6Bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living areas, 4 bathrooms, 4 Oceanfront Decks - see pics) it lets everyone share the fun but also take privacy when needed (each house has separate entrance).
Just a 3hour drive or 40-minute flight north of Brisbane, with direct daily flights into Hervey Bay from Sydney.
FREE ACCESS to all Kingfisher Resort's facilities. (Not all homes do). An easy, flat walk to the resort, 4 pools, restaurants, shops etc. (Note: Most OTHER houses are app 2km from the resort and the beach). No vehicle (or 4WD) is needed.

This Executive $2 million waterfront retreat is actually two adjoining 2 STOREY waterfront homes under the one roof.
EACH HOUSE is air conditioned with an gas flame open fire (warm and snuggly flames but safe for children), luxurious carved stone bathroom vanities, a full Gourmet Granite benchtop kitchen, full size oven, fridge & freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee percolator, teapot & all kitchen cutlery & crockery.
Also Two FULL SIZED baths OVERLOOKING the OCEAN and your own huge private laundry.
Wine and Dine inside or out and overlook the beach every time at either of the two full dining tables overlooking the beach. Also features a party Sized Gas BBQ - plus large external drinks bar.
Virtually everything is supplied (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, linen, fluffy house towels, all kitchen cooking utensils, crockery, a huge selection of books to read etc.) Free Pool towels are available at reception.
You will be experiencing the World’s largest sand island and a Heritage listed Nature reserve– we work hard to keep it clean - but being on the beach a little sand blows in on the floor occasionally (but the outside shower near the front door will do the trick for sandy feet). Bringing thongs/Flip flops are a great idea.
