As you step outside, you will be greeted with a relaxation inducing view of the courtyard with lounge, seating and outdoor dining, not to mention the magnesium pool with timed water feature.
All of the living spaces, located on the ground floor bring a sense of connection whether you have members of your group in the kitchen, at the dining table or watching a movie on the lounge. The lounge entertainment space features a retractable 130" projector screen and Bose surround sound system to be engrossed in whatever you are watching or listening to. If there is any disagreement on what is to be watched, there is an additional small living area upstairs with a TV, and a TV in the master bedroom.
Sunny comfortably accommodates up to seven guests, making it ideal for couples, families, or a group of friends. The 3 bedrooms are all located on the second level. 2 of the bedrooms also contain powered sit stand desks and computer monitors for guests who need need to stay plugged in to work or study.
The spacious master bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, Smart TV, walk in wardrobe with shelf space and clothing hangers and a his and hers ensuite with shower.
