Kookaburras is a beautifully appointed, NEWLY renovated FAMILY HOME, situated on a leafy peaceful street in the Idyllic village of South Golden Beach, North Byron. This bright and airy house is a perfect mix of comfort and style with lots of natural light. Can sleep up to 7 guests over 3 bedrooms. Only a 9-minute WALK to the pristine beach & skatepark.

The space
Kookaburras space is set over just the one level. Our spacious open plan living area has a large sofa, comfy hanging egg chair, SMART TV, and dining area. There is direct access to the lovely outside space with plenty of seating. Ceiling fans.
The delightful kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, 4 ring cooktop, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, air fryer and large fridge freezer. Along with a breakfast bar.
The Master Queen bedroom has an ensuite shower room and built in wardrobes, ceiling fan and access to the outside space.
Space to fit a travel cot if required.
The 2nd Queen bedroom is spacious enough and has a mirrored wardrobe and drawers.
The 3rd bedroom has a lovely bunkbed with the bottom bunk acting as a double bed and mounted wall fan.
The family bathroom comes with a shower and separate toilet.
Towels and toiletries are provided at the beginning of your stay.
Stay connected with onsite WIFI
In a bid to 'do our bit' we only use Eco-friendly products throughout the house and believe our lovely bottoms should be wiped with only the best. You will find 'who gives a crap' toilet roll in all our bathrooms.
Ocean shores shopping centre is a 7 minute drive away and the picturesque village of Brunswick Heads is a mere 10 minutes.
Kookaburras is a 25 min drive from Coolangatta airport, 20 mins to Byron Bay

Other things to note
Towels and toiletries are provided at the beginning of your stay. There are laundry facilities on site but if you wish to have extra towels provided, these can be delivered to you at an extra cost. If toiletries and toilet paper run out during your stay then these will need to be replenished by yourselves.
We do not provide beach towels, unfortunately, please bring these with you.
