* Pets are not allowed to be left unattended in the unit and should not be allowed to enter the unit wet or dirty.

• WE HAVE A STRICT NO EVENTS POLICY AT THIS HOUSE. Breaking any of the house rules may result in immediate eviction, with no refund of rent and security bond.
• Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited. If you smoke, please do so outside. If smoke is detected inside the house a penalty fee of $400 applies.
• Furniture should not be moved around the house and utensils, crockery etc. not to be removed from the premises. You will be liable for any damage caused from the moving of furniture and bond charged accordingly.
• Check-in and key-collection instructions will be emailed before your arrival.
• All doors and windows need to be closed and locked when you go out.
• Please turn off the air-conditioner and lights when you go out.
• Any loss of keys or remote controls has to be reported to us immediately. Charges of key or lock replacement may be imposed if keys or remote were lost, damaged or not returned to the lock box.
• Early check-in may be arranged (is subject to availability) with prior consent from us, and additional charges will be applied.
• To ensure your comfort and convenience, we have provided an initial supply of essential amenities such as toilet paper rolls. Should you require additional supplies, you can find local stores nearby where you can easily purchase them.
• To maintain a mature and responsible environment. we have set a minimum age limit of 30 years old for bookings. The host reserves the right of final interpretation.
• A security bond will be required.
