The kitchen is fully equipped, accompanied by a butler's pantry and a spacious dining area.
Entertainment amenities include a modern TV and comfortable recliners.
Outside, a large undercover deck offers stunning, panoramic views of the beautiful 1770 bay, complete with a BBQ for al fresco dining.

We enjoy an excellent year-round climate with Queensland’s northernmost surf beach at Agnes Water for surfing and beach activities.
Along the Bay at 1770 you can walk along the parklands and enjoy kayaking, fishing and paddle boarding.
It is a short walk to the variety of cafes & boutique shops in the Agnes Water shopping Village or walk down to the beautiful Agnes Water surf beach for a leisurely day along the water.
A vibrant Sunday market takes place every second weekend.
