Pet Friendly. Low set brick house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living areas. Plenty of storage for boats/jetskis/canoes, side gate for boats and a lockup garage , please no caravans. It has a beautiful big courtyard for plenty of entertaining even in the not so shiny weather. Linen and bath towels are provided, dogs are allowed inside - please bring pets own bedding. Large fenced yard for the pups to play in.
This lovely 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom air conditioned home is situated 300 metres from one of Hervey Bay's best dog friendly beaches. Short stroll to the Marina.
The light and airy lounge room is well equipped with a large LCD HD TV and DVD player, sound system with ipod holder and a large selection of movies (including childrens). There is also a good variety of board games for all the family's enjoyment and a second living room for the kids to enjoy playing on the Wii.
There is also a portacot for hire for a small fee.
A Real Home Away From Home
The house has been equipped with all new furniture, electrical appliances new T.V. in the second living room and T.V. and DVD player in both the main living area and Master Bedroom. There are brand new reverse cycle air conditioners in both the lounge/dining and the master bedroom.
There are 2 queen size beds, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds and the fourth bedroom has one single bed. All linen is supplied unless otherwise requested. The master bedroom has a walk in robe and large ensuite with a double shower.
Each bedroom has ceiling fans, security screens, curtains and blinds on the windows. Both Queen bedrooms and the twin room have large size built ins.
In the laundry we have a top loader washing machine and 6kg clothes dryer, there is also a full sized ironing board and iron.
A starter pack consisting of sugar, coffee, tea, washing powder and laundry powder are provided on arrival.

Shangrila is situated in the quiet area of Urangan and not too far away from the Hervey Bay Marina.

Whale watching cruises start in July and run through until November each year.
Try your hand at putt putt, go-carting, water skiing, kite boarding, parasailing, all within a few minutes drive. The FREE water park is only a 5 minute drive away, great fun for the kids and relaxing for the adults.
