This quiet and peaceful self contained property consists of:
Master Bedroom with two double beds and a Walk In Robe with Air Conditioning and Ceiling Fan.
Bedroom with one king bed and a waldrobe. TV and Air Conditioning and Ceiling Fan.
Bathroom with Shower and Seperate Toilet.
Livingroom with TV, 3 Seat Sofa Bed which can sleep two people and a lazyboy chair. Kitchen has hot water, sparkling water, Air Fryer, Microwave and Fridge/Freezer.
**The sofa bed can be used when 7and 8th guests are listed as approved guests. Sofa bed is not available for use when 6 guests or less**
Outdoor patio with table and chairs with a washing machine and a clothes line. Nice back yard with fake grass which looks lovely. Have a good look over all the photos we have uploaded.
If you have a family with children and decide to stay here, noise from children must be kept to a minimum as to not disturb the quiet nature of the street and property.

1) This house has upstairs (with long term tenants including Dot who is the AirBNB host onsite) and downstairs (for short term / AirBNB tenants) - given the nature of it means no parties allowed and quiet time after 8pm at night.
2) All guests must be approved and all adult guests must be listed on the AirBNB booking. This is a strict requirement. If you have unapproved guests staying in our property we will cancel your booking and remove you from the premises.
3) We will only supply linen and towels for the number of approved guests.
