The sun-filled east facing verandah is equipped with a gas BBQ and the outdoor dining furniture is perfect for entertaining, catching the cool sea breezes or the warm winter sun. The north facing verandah surrounded by palm trees provides a second outdoor lounge room to sit and relax.
The living room is equipped with a flat-screen smart TV, Blu-ray.
The main bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan, the second bedroom has two single beds. Upstairs is a three-piece main bathroom including a bathtub.
Downstairs by external access is the third bedroom with queen bed and single bunk beds, a TV and DVD, and a bathroom including a washing machine and dryer.
