Negative: Several things. Washing machine broken down, tv remote missing, floors and carpets not properly clean, broken shower head (water spurting out of side window), large fly screen door for upstairs sliding doors hidden behind interior curtain, downstairs two seater couch grubby. This property was definetely not up to minimum standard and not in line with fee charged.
