As you enter, step into our stylish abode, where coastal chic meets modern comfort, timber decking will lead you up to the beautiful entrance to be greeted by stunning travertine tiles that flow seamlessly across the first level and lead to the open plan living & kitchen. A large island bench & bar servery with window add the perfect spot to sit amongst the action, also creating a space that is a chef's dream. Equipped with top-of-the-line appliances including fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, all cutlery and dishes etc. Enjoy the convenience of a scullery for added storage and prep area. Basic condiments such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil etc. all provided.
The open plan living and dining area are perfect for gathering and unwinding, while a study nook provides a quiet space for catching up on work or planning your next adventure. The living flows perfectly onto the stunning timber decking which overlooks the landscaped garden and sparkling inground pool.
