This immaculate resort style 3 BR unit is the perfect coastal getaway for couples, families and fur babies. You will love staying at this stunning home unit.
It's great Nth facing Location is what everyone loves as it's only mins walk to spectacular patrolled Alexandra Beach, Alex Surf Club, cafes, restaurants, kids playground, Skate Park and is only 4 minutes to the sand.
It's also perfect for the many sporting events held on the Sunshine Coast. We are very close to the Mooloolaba Triathlon, Sunshine Coast Marathon and Ironman 70.3.
The Holiday Unit/Apartment is on the first floor of our beautiful building. It has a large well equipped kitchen with stone bench tops, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and electric cooktop.
The open plan kitchen/lounge/living area has an extremely comfortable Freedom modular sofa, a good size smart TV. We also have Netflix for watching those fav. movies or series while you are on holiday. You have access to children's toys, family games and boogie boards.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 have queen size ensemble beds with built-in robes and bed-side tables and lamps. Bedroom 3 has a king single bed plus a double bunk bed (double below and single on top) allowing 4 to sleep here if needed. Built-in robe plus a port shelf or work station. Cosy fresh crisp linen is provided.
There are 2 Bathrooms. The Main Bathroom is combined with the fully equipped Laundry. Next to this is a separate Powder Room with toilet and vanity basin.
Please Note, your 2nd Bathroom is in the basement garage. Access to this is via the Lift or internal foyer stairs. It has shower, toilet and wash basin. It is for your exclusive use. Both Bathrooms are fully tiled.
The unit also boasts a Terrace with a Servery and a Webber BBQ outside the kitchen window, allowing user friendly indoor and outdoor cooking.
The outdoor dining table is on the Terrace and can sit up to eight. This overlooks the secure Private Courtyard which is perfect for young children and pets. It is a great area to relax and unwind after a beach day or a day exploring the Sunshine Coast. It is safe and secure for your pet to come on holiday with you. Small to medium size, well behaved fur babies are welcome; others on application only.
Just through the terrace/pool gate is "The Best Kids' Pool in Australia", or so it was voted by the kids that have stayed here. Our unique Swimming Pool is 9.5M long, 0.6 to 1.5M deep, but only 0.75M wide. It has Magnesium Mineral Salt which is great for the skin, muscles & arthritis. It is Heated for your year round enjoyment. The young kids love it, they feel very safe, but adult supervision is still necessary. For the older ones, it is a great Lap Pool for free-style swim training. They love it too.
There is an outdoor Full Spectrum Infrared Barrel SAUNA for your use. It has many health benefits, & is so good after sport or a surf. Children can use it, but only with adult supervision.
You can park your Vehicle in the secure, lock-up Basement, & if necessary there is room for a 2nd small car behind it. It has high clearance [2.5/2.8M], enough for a Toyota Coaster Bus.
We have an Italian made 'Easy Living" Lift & Internal Stairway access to your First Floor Unit, providing easy transfer of your luggage & for tired legs.
For young children there is an awesome Playground next to the beach in Mooloolaba only 15 minutes walk away via the beach-side paths or a few minutes drive by car, bike or scooter. It has fantastic playground equipment, including swings, slides, climbing nets and BBQs to cook on. There are smaller playgrounds within walking distance as well, some closer.
An excellent Skate Park, overlooking the surf, is next the Alex Surf Club just 10 min walk away.
Mooloolaba with it's popular Esplanade of award winning restaurants, vibrant cafe culture, hotels,, Coles supermarket, BWS and shops is only 15-20 mins walk from us or 5 mins drive.
We have free Wifi, Netflix and a 55" smart TV.
We self manage our unit, so we take great pride in cleanliness, presentation and attention to detail.
The unit is very close to 2 bus stops with frequent buses to all the Sunshine Coast has to offer.
