Welcome to our coastal holiday home in the Yatching village of Two Rocks. Just a 2 minute stroll to the beach, shops, cafes, local tavern and all conveniences. Perfect for families and friends, with plenty of space and modern comforts. Separate driveway with room for your car & boat. Pet friendly (please include pets on your booking) fully enclosed garden with dog bed and water/food bowls provided. Modern and well-equipped kitchen. Separate laundry with washing machine, iron & ironing board, with access to back garden & washing line. Open plan living with TV, books and games. Dining area with seating for six. 2 Bathrooms with shower, wash basin and toilet, all towels, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash provided. Master bedroom with queen bed, wardrobe and sofa plus en-suite bathroom. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have king single beds with wardrobes. Reverse Cycle Air Con in Living area, ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Self check in/check out, keys in lockbox. Welcome pack on arrival so no rushing to the shops.

Watch the kangaroos & koalas at Yanchep National Park whilst having lunch or a beer. Take a trip to Lavender Estate to sample the lavender scones or ice cream and take a tour of the distillery.
