Positive: Having door code access is great. Having air conditioning in every room was great. Having a lock up garage was great. Having a back yard was great. Having laundry facilities and an indoor clothes drying rack was great.

Negative: I would have liked some garbage to be available. If guests are expected to empty the bins (which is fine), the property should supply enough garbage bags to be able to do that.
