An idyllic waterfront property just four hours drive North of Sydney. Escape to the peace and quiet of Riverside on the Hastings River at this stunning four bedroom home. Set amongst other luxury homes with its own beach, private jetty with mooring poles and boat shed. The backyard fronts onto the Hastings River where you can catch an array of different types of fish straight from the jetty. Launch your boat and go upriver and enjoy the scenery along the bank.
The beautiful sunsets are a great backdrop when sitting around the Gazebo enjoying a barbecue or watching the dolphins swim past.
The swimming pool is set in a tropical garden with lush gardens throughout the property. There are two sun beds around the pool to relax on. The pool area is completely fenced for your children's safety.
The home offers open plan living with a well equipped kitchen, just like being at home. There are four spacious bedrooms, master has a KING bed a huge walk-in robe and ensuite, ceiling fan, air conditioned and has a TV. 2nd bedroom(QUEEN bed) has its own ensuite and is air conditioned. Third Bedroom also has a KING bed with ceiling fan and the fourth bedroom consists of a SINGLE bed, bunks with a DOUBLE on the bottom and a SINGLE on top also has a ceiling fan.
Laundry has a machine and dryer, if needed for your use. There is garaging for 2 cars with a huge driveway that will accommodate more. The home has a family room with air con & wood fire and TV which is next to the kitchen, formal dining room, formal lounge, a full size billiard table, meals area and a TV room in the wing of the house.
Boat shed can accommodate a small boat or jet ski and room for canoes. There are slate tiles throughout the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms.
There is ample room for 2 families to share the home.

There are many local attractions which include Timbertown at Wauchope, Billabong Koala Wildlife Park, Koala Hospital, great scenic walks, cruises along the river and canals, ten pin bowling, skate park or why not take the children to Ricardoes Tomato & Strawberry farm and let them pick their own strawberries, (I can recommend the scones)horse riding, Cinema, Glasshouse Entertainment Centre, wineries. Hydro Golf and Putt Putt are just across the road from Hibbard Ferry. There are many different types of restaurants and Clubs in town.
