2. No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and within any common areas of the building.
3. Quiet hours: To maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels during this time, and refrain from any loud activities or disturbances.
4. Respect for property and neighbors: Please treat the house and its amenities with care and respect. Any damages or excessive cleaning required due to guest negligence will be subject to additional fees. Additionally, please be considerate of our neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum and observing all community rules and regulations.
5. Maximum occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed to stay in the house is 4. Please ensure that your booking accurately reflects the number of guests in your party, and refrain from exceeding the maximum occupancy limit. If there are any guests above the amount of the booking there will be an additional charge of $100 per person per night.
6. Check-in and check-out: Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.
