Guest Access:
You have access to the entire house and surrounding bushland. The garage, shed and shipping container remain locked and guests do not have access at any time.

I can be contacted by phone to answer any concerns. My neighbour will also be helping to manage this property and to assist with any queries.
Other things to note:
This house is on a country property so please be mindful that there are occasional power outages (although rare).
Please be water wise as the house is only connected to rainwater tanks.
Limited wifi is available (wifi is via satellite nbn). Please keep this in mind as once the monthly quota is used no further service is available.
During summer you also need to be mindful of snakes and keep the doors closed at all times.
