This open plan home provides a modern home-away-from-home for any visitor. Air-conditioning and fans maximise comfort during the summer months and there is a wood stove burner and heaters for the cooler months to warm the whole house.
Big yard and landscaped gardens, exclusive use of the fabulous in-ground lagoon style swimming pool, numerous covered areas, providing for all relaxation choices.
Large outdoor area including gazebo and private deck off the living room with stunning views to the coast.
Kitchen is fully equipped with separate fridge & freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and appliances. Oil, salt, pepper and other basics are provided to get you started.

Guests have access to the whole house.
Will need a vehicle to get around the neighbourhood.
Plenty of parking available including a single garage.
Pets considered on application only although the property is not fully fenced. This will incur an additional $100 pet fee. We ask that you please clean up after them thoroughly. This includes inside and outside areas. Please keep your pets off the furniture and especially off the beds. It can often be hard to get animal smells out of the sheets and we want to be able to keep offering pet availability to future guests with fresh linen.
Should these rules not be followed you will be charged an additional $200 cleaning fee.
Guests will have exclusive use of the property and Brendon is only a phone call away if needed
Tucked away on a “no through” road you will be 4 minute drive to Landsborough township at the bottom of the hill or a 10 minute drive up to Maleny. Both Landsborough and Maleny have coffee shops, bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants.
Guests will need access to a car to get around
Pool is open 1 October to 30 April (closed May to September) and out of courtesy to the neighbours there is no swimming permitted after 8pm.
STRICTLY NO LOUD MUSIC/PARTY/BIG GATHERINGS Please ensure music is quietly played after 10 pm
STRICTLY NO SMOKING in the house
As this is strictly a NO party house, any breach of house rules will result in cancellation of booking & guests being required to leave without refund.
Damages to or in the property will be paid for by the guests
No swimming in the pool after dark.
No pets allowed.
