The Space

The first level of the home is the original, with a small living area with comfy couch and kitchenette for tea & coffee making facilities and bar fridge. There is a large forth bedroom with one Queen bed and one Single bed, which opens out onto the grassed terraced backyard. Also on this level is the laundry with washer and dryer, bathroom with double vanity and separate shower complete with starfish tiles.
Up the stairs and you’re on the main level of the home, with open planing living, dining and kitchen area. The seating area has a wood fireplace, a large central dining table with seating for 10 and large glass sliding doors that open onto the main balcony with outdoor dining and BBQ - this open plan living area is a great place for sharing stories of the day's adventures.
The kitchen is large and well equipped with everything you need including coffee pod machine, microwave and dishwasher. On this level you will also find bedroom two and three along with the second bathroom and balcony. Bedroom two is at the end of the hall with queen side bed and sliding doors that open onto the balcony, bedroom three has two single beds. There is a main bathroom with vanity, toilet and shower.
Back through the open plan living area and up the steps you’ll find the parents retreat or master bedroom. Here you’ll find the third living area with comfy couch, TV and balcony. The master bedroom is light and bright with a queen size bed, walk in robe and ensuite bathroom complete with bath, shower and separate toilet.
