All rooms are decorated in neutral colors and include a flat-screen TV. Free Wifi is available limited to two devices per room. Shuttle service operates Mon-Friday 6:15am, 7:15am and 8:15 am Drop off only. We do not operate the shuttle service on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays. WE DO NOT PICK UP FROM THE AIRPORT. Car storage(guests only) $10.00+gst per day Our cancellation policies are 48Hrs prior to the booking and cancellation fee applies if less than 48hrs.

Please note that there is a 2.0% charge when you pay with any card, shuttle service times:, monday to friday 6:15am, 7:15am, and 8:15am, our complimentary shuttle service does not operate onsaturday and sundays or public holidays, there is no shuttle services from the airport, a surcharge of au $45 applies for arrivals before check-in hours. all requests for early arrival are subject to confirmation by the property, office hours each day of the week 9.00am to 10.00am and 2.00pm to 6.00pm only, customers that make a last minute booking and are arriving after 6pm and do not have the code for the key safe, we will definitely send the code for the safe on the day of your arrival. please note that if you have not received the code on the day, we have an after hours number on the board, for customers that have already notified of their arrival after 6:00 pm, we will issue the key code to collect your key by email please allow at least 24hrs to get your code.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
