Walk up onto the classic front porch and enter inside. The first bedroom is the master bedroom — a decadent king suite perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Warrnambool’s shops and coastline. With its period features and signature minty-green heater, it’s a cosy sanctuary in every season.
Minty offers two additional bedrooms, each with playful colour accents:
The Blue Room — Two King single beds, built-in robes, and a matching minty-green heater for winter warmth.
The Pink Room — Light, bright, and cheerful, with two singles, built-ins, and its own minty-green heater
At the back of the house, you’ll find the spacious open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area.
The living space is ocean-themed, cool, and inviting, complete with a large-screen TV, ceiling fan for summer, and heater for cooler nights. It’s the perfect place to curl up with a glass of wine while dinner is on the go.
The dining area seats six beneath a decadent chandelier, adding a touch of glamour to your meals.
Please note: There is no dishwasher — but this just adds to the fun. We highly recommend turning dish duty into a holiday game. Our favourites? Longest stand on a surfboard or Best op-shop find.
At the back of Minty you will find the bathroom that stays true to the "mint" theme. There is a laundry with both washing machine and dryer for your use during your stay. In the laundry is the separate toilet that needs to be Instagrammed to be believed. The back yard offers privacy and space to enjoy a late summer night BBQ or quiet morning coffee before your day begins. It is fully fenced and gated for rear yard security and peace of mind.
