The space
The villa is modern and recently renovated, ensuring that every creature comfort has been thought of, from private bathing to extra space for dressing and relaxing. The open plan kitchen, living and dining area provides a wonderful space to entertain while looking out over the river views. In summer, with the doors open if becomes alfresco dining and there is seating for up to 12 guests. The owners have generously provided ample crockery and cooking utensils to suit the most avid entertainer and chef. In winter, the wood fire in the main living area provides an atmospheric hub to gather with glasses of red in hand. There are also plenty of living spaces throughout the property to go for solitude, or to read a book or watch a game, including the pool house and tennis pavilion.
Sleeping arrangements
The main house has a master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite. Down the hall are two additional bedrooms, with a shared bathroom. For extra guests, there is a separate study with queen sized fold out couch and an additional powder room. Adjacent to the main house is an upstairs one-bedroom, fully contained studio with an ensuite bathroom and views of the property and surrounding riverfrontage. Perfect as a couples or solo retreat. Each of the bedrooms has hotel-quality linen and rich yet refined furnishings.

Outdoor areas
There are two alfresco dining areas as well as multiple outdoor living spaces with lounge chairs, barbecue, and a pizza oven, providing the perfect spots to gather into the evening under the stars. If you can ever bear to leave the property, it is located on a quiet country cul-de-sac, and you can wander through neighbouring forest trails or explore the reservoir at the end of the road and enjoy spectacular birdlife, kangaroos, echidnas and sunsets. You are also welcome to walk along the river; however, please ensure children under 12 are supervised at all times and do not jump from the jetty in case of injury.
