This double-story home is extremely spacious and perfect for a family getaway.
Downstairs boasts 2 large living areas, both with large smart TVs and comfy couches. The main living downstairs also has a fold-out double sofa bed. The open-plan kitchen and dining area are perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is spacious with a butler's pantry and complete with everything you need to cook and entertain with.
Upstairs is the third living and entertaining room. It has a large couch and smart TV - just sit down and make yourself at home!
All the bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom is extremely spacious with a king bed, study nook, day chair, walk-in robe and its own ensuite. It is the ideal parent retreat. There is a second bathroom to service the bedrooms upstairs.
Outside is a large patio with an outdoor dining setting and a BBQ. The large backyard is fully fenced with plenty of room for the kids to run around. There is a large pool and trampoline all available for you to use. If cheese boards, tapas and a drink are more your style, the pool has an alfresco area perfect for it.

Baringa is a fantastic, family-friendly place to holiday. It's just 10 minutes from Caloundra and its coastal beaches, with easy access to the highway to trip down to Brisbane.
Pets are welcome but please always supervise your furry friends. Pets are allowed inside and downstairs only, and incur an additional $100 pet fee. NOTE: Please specify number of pets in booking/enquiry.

If you are arriving back from the beach please ensure that you removed excess sand from your feet.

We love being able to provide this property as pet friendly, however we ask you respect the following rules so we can continue to provide this for future guests
- CLEAN UP after your pet, inside and out. Vacuum any excess fur from inside the house.
- No pets in the bed please. I know some of you are ok with this, however other guests with no pets are not. It can be hard to remove pet smell from the sheets
- Keep pets off the furniture
If any of the above rules are not followed we charge an extra fee of $200
