The kitchen is fully equipped for relaxed, no-fuss meals and includes a barista-style espresso machine for a proper morning coffee, along with convenience appliances such as an airfryer and dishwasher. Other inclusions our guests love, include free range eggs and fresh milk for your arrival.
Reverse-cycle air conditioning keeps the Cottage comfortable year-round, with a fire pit for toasty winter nights under the stars.
Set on a 50-acre working farm, the Cottage enjoys peaceful surrounds and a gentle animal backdrop. Guests love seeing the Belted Galloway cattle, horses, chickens, sheep, and Darcy the pig roaming naturally as part of everyday farm life.

The Cottage is well placed for hiking, cycling, waterfall drives, and scenic exploring, with Nimbin and Lismore an easy drive away. Byron Bay is just over an hour away for a beach day.
Getting Around:
A car is essential in this rural location. A small taxi service is available (we suggest booking in advance), and public buses run during the week. An express train service to Brisbane runs once a day and we recommend confirming the timetable.
Other Things to Note:
To respect everyone’s space, the main homestead and pool aren’t part of general guest access unless arranged in advance.
