The space
Kokomo has just completed a full renovation in gorgeous coastal tones featuring hybrid timber flooring, ceiling fans throughout, fully equipped kitchen with smooth stone tops and the latest kitchen and laundry appliances.
Upon entering the home you are invited into a lovely lounge area complete with cute bay window seating, huge flat screen smart TV and a large, lovingly restored dining setting. Moving through the kitchen you'll find a separate laundry room with front-load washer and dryer and bathroom with shower and toilet. Downstairs is also the first of the Queen bedrooms, beautifully appointed and with ample storage space.
Upstairs there is a powder room and main bathroom including large shower and bathtub perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a fun-filled day at the beach. There are three more bedrooms, one with 2 bunk beds to sleep 4, and another 2 Queen beds, with one of the bedrooms opening onto the wrap around verandah to catch the cool sea breezes. Also opening to the verandah is a second living and entertainment space with another large flat screen smart TV and adjoining 'Beach Bar' complete with fridge. This living space includes a futon which opens to a king single size to accommodate up to 11 guests if required.

Positioned directly opposite a walkway to the beach you can park your car once and get around on foot or BYO bikes to explore a little further. Secure open top parking inside fence is available for up to 2 cars and a boat with additional carport space for one vehicle.
