The cottage is a perfect hideaway from a busy life. Still offering all the amenities. Fast wifi, smart TV, chefs kitchen, wood fired pizza oven on deck and fire pit in paddock.
The space
Located nestled into the hill overlooking trees, pasture and dam filled with lillys and lotus. This property practices permaculture and organic principles. Our cottage at Kin Kin has been operating on and off since 2015 as short-term rental property and family stay with a recent refresh.

The kitchen is a chefs kitchen, with a large oven, cooktop, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, utensils, crockery, and cutlery.
A small amount of coffee, sugar, tea, oil, salt, and pepper are provided. Coles and woolworths deliver to cottage. Iga is located at pomona, short drive south of Kin kin.
The bathroom has a toilet, shower and bath. With shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided.
If hiking or biking is what you enjoy, we have direct access to Noosa trails from our front gate.
Kin Kin is a idyllic place to base yourself away from the hustle and relax if that's your thing or use it as a base to explore the area.

The cottage has two bedrooms. One average size bedroom with queen bed and linen. The second bedroom is small with a single bed and linen. The lounge area has a queen pull out sofa lounge with linen available. If you have a infant there is a portable cot.
The cottage is available for self check in after 2pm. You will need to depart on last day by 10am.
