The Space:
Peaceful and quiet nestled under a gum tree this beautiful apartment feels spacious and homely. Close to the main public transport thoroughfare to the city or North Beaches, you’re never far from where you want to go. Huge backyard with sun lounges and table and chairs to enjoy the sunshine.
Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. 1 bedroom is locked.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
The Neighborhood:
Great restaurants, cafes and pubs are a short walk away. The famous Oaks is only a 7 min walk. Head down to the water - 8 min walk and enjoy a bush walk along the coast. You get to enjoy the beautiful nature of Sydney, yet are still in a hub that is close to whatever adventure you choose.
Getting Around:
5 mins walk to bus stop and 15 mins from the city. 8 mins from Balmoral Beach. Lots of unlimited parking right out the front.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
