This home is well set up for a great family holiday.
Master bedroom has a queen sized bed and includes a ceiling fan and air conditioning. There is a wardrobe with drawers if you want to really settle in. There is also a small tv on top of the wardrobe.
Second bedroom has two single beds with ceiling fan. There is a set of drawers and some hanging space for clothes and a tv should the kids want to watch movies of play games giving you some peace and quiet!
Third bedroom has the bunks with double bed below and single bed on the top. Ceiling fan is also included in this room with some hanging space and storage for clothes also.
The kitchen is clean and has plenty of cooking gear and appliances to whip up your favourite dishes. There is a dishwasher so no washing up while on holiday! Plus the usual appliances including microwave, Fridge, kettle, toaster, air fryer, soda stream.
Open plan lounge/dining area has a dining table with six chairs with the addition of stool to the kitchen's breakfast bar. Two comfortable sofas with ceiling fans and an air conditioner to service this space. Flatscreen tv in the lounge.
The bathroom has a shower over a half bath so easy for most people and still a bath for the littlies. The laundry includes a top loader washing machine and dryer. The laundry includes lots of extras to make sure your won't need a thing while you are visiting. Including ironing board, iron, washing basket, extra dog leads, dog toys, vacuum cleaner and other cleaning items.
The back of the house has a large covered patio area with a large bbq and large outdoor setting. There is also a bar top with some stools to enjoy those afternoon drinks.
The back of the house also boasts an external bathroom complete with toilet, vanity and shower. Really handy for when you come back from the beach or fishing but also if you just have alot of people to cater for!
The garage also has lots of extras for you to use such as bikes, helmets, kayaks, paddle boards, additional outdoor chairs, patio heater, dog bed, kids life jackets, camp chairs,picnic tables, tennis rackets (for use at the local tennis courts), golf clubs to just name a few.
The yard is fully fenced of you bring the family dog they will be secure and comfortable as well.
