The Space:
Sunny Daze Holiday home is a large family home situated in a quiet residential street in the beautiful suburb of Minyama.
Head through the main entry into the open plan light filled dining, kitchen and lounge room. The kitchen is the heart of the home and flows effortlessly through to the living and dining areas as well as outside onto the alfresco area and offers an ideal view over the pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, jug and Nespresso coffee machine for your convenience and enjoyment. It also has everything you need to cook a meal at home when you’ve had a big day out enjoying all the Sunshine Coast has to offer, and you just want to relax at home for the evening.
The dining table seats 10 people with 4 barstools at the Kitchen bench, plenty of room for larger groups or if guests want to spread out.
The lounge room is perfect for family movie night with a large couch and sofa bed so everyone can relax. Streaming services* are available on the 75” smart television (*provided you use your own log in). You will also find an assortment of board games in the entertainment unit below the TV.
Located in the garage are lawn games, a foosball table and air hockey table for extra entertainment
The large alfresco area overlooking the inground pool is perfect for enjoying those Sunny Daze. With BBQ and outdoor dining available there are so many places to relax and enjoy your holiday.
The laundry has both a washer and a dryer, with a large clothesline just outside the laundry.
Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1 - King sized bed with ensuite and walk in robe. Situated at the front of the house away from all other bedrooms
Bedroom 2 - King sized bed.
Bedroom 3 - 2 x King Single beds
Bedroom 4 - King Single bunk bed with King Single trundle bed. Situated at the rear of the house. The top of the top bunk is only 1.5m high so perfect for children. The trundle bed only has a 100mm foam mattress, mainly suitable for children and will only bet set up on request
Lounge - Queen sized sofa bed available.
All linen is supplied including bedding, bath towels and pool towels. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and ducted air conditioning.

Sunny Daze holiday home is safe and secure, fully fenced with an automatic sliding gate at the front of the property offering complete privacy. There are multiple grassed areas, perfect for children to run around.
Party Policy
Strictly no parties - Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am. A quiet gathering with guests staying at the property is perfectly fine as long as quiet hours are adhered to. The neighbours on 3 sides of the property have our contact details in case of any issues. If there are reports of a party, we will come and verify this and if there is evidence of a party guests will be evicted with no refund.
