Clover hill farm is a little farmhouse in the beautiful Kangaroo Valley. Located close to town with views from every window our farmhouse is nestled within our larger working farm. Clover Hill farm is home to many wombats and kangaroos spotted every evening in the paddocks surrounding the house. A newly renovated and refurbished home with all the modern conveniences, and large enough to fit 2 families.
We are a company that does a lot of travelling so our best means of contact would be either through the app or please email us and my Team will respond as soon as possible!
Clover Hill Farm is about 5km from the centre of Kangaroo Valley, plenty of off street parking available.
HOUSE RULES:
*Check-in: After 3:00 pm
*Checkout: 10:00 am
*No smoking
*No parties or events
*Pets are allowed (special requirements are in place for this. Please refer to the additional rules below)
ADDITIONAL RULES:
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is TEN people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to FIVE people. No more than a maximum of FIFTEEN people are allowed in the property at any given time.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering or loud noise outside of the premises or inside of the premises. We ask for minimal noise especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
*Pets - We are a pet-friendly property. We ask all our guests to contact us for approval of pets before booking and include your request in the reservation form as there is a pet fee of $150 per stay to cover the cost of extra cleaning and disinfection. Please do not allow your pets to do on the furniture.
*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.
THINGS TO KNOW:
*This property is suitable for babies or children. Items such as cots and high-chairs we do not supply, however, you are welcome to bring these yourself to the property.
*Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
*Due to the recent reports of Foot and Mouth Disease, we ask all international guests to follow the Biosecurity Rules of the Government. This is usually indicated on your Visa details as part of the requirements. We love our farm animals and try to look after them as much as possible!
* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
