Set amongst more than 10 acres of tall timber on a steep undulating landscape, this two bedroom, two bathroom small home has high ceilings and a designer kitchen. We are located 3.8km from the heart of Montville and 23km from Alexandra Headland beach . A hinterland escape in a convenient location. Main bedroom has an ensuite. There is a second bathroom with a fully equipped laundry. A large deck with views to the East is an excellent bird watching location with many native animals and birds being sighted on the property. Enjoy a wine by the ethanol firepit on the deck plus a BBQ, gas bottle and one five litre container of ethanol provided. Internet and Netflix available with a short drive to many Sunshine Coast attractions and National Parks. No Parties and No Noise after 10pm. There is an infinity deck to sit and enjoy the views. No children under 13 and no pets. The owners reside on the property in a separate dwelling 40 metres away and have consideration for the privacy of the guests. Owners and guests share carparking with two designated parks for guests.
