Positive: It was a roof over our heads. The room was clean. It was close to all the amenities we required. The staff were helpful after they understood our requests.

Negative: Staff could not speak english. The other residence had dogs, complaints about not wanting leters addressed to them delivered and may have been not suitable to mix with my children. There was no english speaking staff onsite.
